Delete Account

We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your Jhatpat account and associated data, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request account deletion directly through the Jhatpat mobile app or by contacting us via email.

Option 1: In-App Deletion

  1. Open the Jhatpat App on your device.
  2. Go to Profile > Settings.
  3. Scroll down and tap on Delete Account.
  4. Confirm your action. Your account will be scheduled for deletion.

Option 2: Email Request

If you cannot access the app, you can email us to request account deletion:

  • Email: support@jhatpat.app
  • Subject: Account Deletion Request
  • Body: Please include your registered email address or phone number so we can identify your account.

Important Note

Deleting your account is permanent. All your data, including order history, saved addresses, and profile information, will be permanently removed from our systems. This action cannot be undone.
